Pennsylvania HB2013 initiates the process to change the state constitution to protect health freedom. Activists on the ground report that this bill is making headway but still urgently needs more public support!
Constitutional Amendment Would Ensure Health Freedom
The bill proposes changes to the state constitution so that the right of an individual to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, or prophylactic may not be questioned or interfered with in any manner. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged to any person in this Commonwealth because of the exercise of the right under the proposal.
More Legislators Sponsor Bill
According to Health Freedom Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Coalition for Informed Consent there are now 59 co-sponsors for HB2013, and the bill is gaining momentum from grassroots groups and citizens from all over the state. HB2013 has been PA health freedom groups’ focus for 2022, and they note that it would be a “dream come true” for health freedom in the state. Also, the state’s governor cannot veto a constitutional amendment. For folks who have not yet taken action on this bill, we urge you to do so now.
